The client sought our expertise to address the deterioration of an aging deck and an attached room, requesting their complete demolition and replacement with a custom-built pressure treated deck and staircase. We meticulously dismantled the old addition and decking, ensuring their thorough removal and disposal. Subsequently, we crafted and installed a bespoke pressure treated deck and staircase, tailored to meet the client's specifications. Additionally, we installed a new gutter and downspout in the area where the addition had been removed, thereby ensuring optimal water drainage from the roof.
